The Universal oven is designed for use with the CF83, CF84 and CF85

The Universal field oven has been re-designed as a combi oven. It is capable of steaming vegetables, as well as roasting and baking. A unique feature is the re-use of waste heat, directed to an additional cooking position on top of the oven, which can be used for keeping prepared food hot. The unit may be used on the CF83, CF84 or CF85 field kitchens to give greater flexibility in catering.

Standard equipment

Two Gastronorm 1/1 steel roasting pans (505 x 300 x 65mm) are supplied as standard. A separate water tray 20mm deep can be accommodated on the inner oven floor to create steam for cooking vegetables if required.
