Hawkmoor introduce new integrated catering system at DSEi
Hawkmoor unveiled their new modular field catering system (HFCS) at the Defence Systems & Equipment International exhibition at London Dockland's Excel Centre on 9 September.
The HFCS gives field caterers a totally integrated portable system to chill, prepare, serve and distribute meals to front line troops in any environment.
The
system provides:-
Refrigeration and defrosting
Preparation of all forms of cooked food and beverages
Food storage, distribution and sanitation
Cambro are also supporting Hawkmoor worldwide with a full range of their products for the defence industry.
