Guardian 21 acts rapidly in two ways.

As a multi-purpose cleaner and degreaser it removes grease, grime and heavy soilage from food preparation areas, work surfaces such as butcher’s blocks, equipment and containers, sinks, taps and surrounds.

As a sanitizer it can sterilise ten of the most common pathogens and viruses* found in the catering environment.

Guardian 21 is formulated to break down deep impacted dirt, quickly and efficiently. Despite its powerful action it has a low odour level and contains no bleach, acids, chlorinated or petroleum solvents.
